Karawaci, Tangerang

We're looking for a Finance & Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team in leadership development company


Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger management.
  • Prepare and review financial reports and reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Support monthly and annual financial closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filing (PPN, PPh 21/23/25, etc.).
  • Collaborate with consultants to support client financial reporting and audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Accurate or similar).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Willing to be based in Karawaci, Tangerang (on-site).
