Key Responsibilities
About the job Sales Specialist

  • Generating leads and acquiring new customers by committing to customer service and building relationships
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company and its products, research customer needs, and identify how our solutions can address those needs
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
  • Generate proposals and quotations for customers
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
  • Utilize CRM tools to ensure a standardized process throughout all stages of a sale

Requirements

  • Minimum S1 from Management, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1+ year of sales experience in the ICT (Information Communication Technology) Industry
  • Experience in closing enterprise-level deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
