Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will manage day-to-day tasks such as executing sales strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, responsibilities include training and leading the sales team, tracking sales metrics, and ensuring high sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales capabilities and experience in Sales Management
  • Experience in Training and guiding sales representatives
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the financial sector is a plus
