Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Mengembangkan dan menjalankan program
    Sales Promotion
    untuk mendorong penjualan.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim Sales dan Marketing dalam perencanaan kampanye.
  • Mengelola dan memonitor materi promosi serta memastikan implementasi yang konsisten.
  • Menganalisis efektivitas kampanye promosi dan memberikan rekomendasi strategis.
  • Berinteraksi dengan pelanggan untuk memastikan kepuasan dan keselarasan dengan tujuan promosi.
  • Mendukung berbagai kegiatan promosi offline maupun online sesuai kebutuhan.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pengalaman dalam
    Sales Promotion
    atau aktivitas promosi lainnya.
  • Memiliki kemampuan
    Sales
    dan
    Customer Service
    yang baik.
  • Komunikasi yang profesional, jelas, dan persuasif.
  • Sikap kerja proaktif serta mampu bekerja dalam lingkungan hybrid.
  • Keterampilan organisasi dan manajemen waktu yang sangat baik.
  • Pengalaman di bidang sales atau promosi menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Lulusan S1 Marketing, Bisnis, atau bidang terkait lebih disukai.
