Personal Assistant for Directors

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to Directors to support our executive leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with our Directors to handle administrative, scheduling, and communication tasks—ensuring they can focus on strategic decisions while you manage the daily workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and events.
Organize domestic and international travel arrangements.
Screen calls, emails, and requests, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate cross-departmental communication and follow up on action items.
Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Support Directors on personal and professional errands as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (3+ years preferred).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or other languages.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Able to work independently, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
Discretion, reliability, and a proactive mindset are a must.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
