The General Manager (GM)
oversees all aspects of hotel operations, with a strong focus on sales and revenue growth. This role ensures operational efficiency, financial profitability, and exceptional guest experiences. The General Manager (GM) drives business through strategic sales initiatives, develops new revenue streams, and fosters relationships with key accounts. The General Manager (GM) also leads and mentors staff manages the budget, and ensures compliance with hotel policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue, focusing on corporate, group, and leisure segments.
  • Manage hotel finances, including budgeting and P&L oversight.
  • Lead and develop the hotel team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
  • Maintain relationships with key partners, negotiate contracts, and secure new business.
  • Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and revenue data to improve performance.
  • Address guest concerns, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction.
