As a Finance & Accounting General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire financial management and accounting functions of the company. You will ensure financial stability, compliance, and strategic planning to support business growth and operational excellence.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems, ERP, and risk management.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure business profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
  • Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial risk assessments.
  • Lead and develop the finance & accounting team for operational excellence.
