As a General Manager (F&B), you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance and growth of our F&B division, ensuring operational excellence, strong brand execution, and sustainable profitability across all outlets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading multi-unit F&B operations
  • Proven track record in achieving business KPIs and optimizing operational costs
  • Strong leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel and work across different outlet locations

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage overall F&B operations to ensure smooth and consistent execution
  • Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and brand excellence
  • Oversee cost control, budgeting, inventory systems, and vendor coordination
  • Build and coach outlet leaders to achieve performance standards
  • Monitor customer experience, feedback, and service quality across all outlets
