Work
Job Description

  • Coordination of tax audits in Indonesia and contact person for tax authorities and external advisors
  • Transfer Pricing: Support in the preparation of TP documentation
  • Implementation of processes and checks for Indirect Taxes in Indonesia
  • All Indonesian and international tax topics towards external and internal stakeholders
  • Advice on business transactions in accordance with group policies and tax regulation
  • Governance function for all direct and indirect tax compliance topics for all Indonesia legal entities and its foreign permanent establishment / warehouses
  • Governance role regarding international transactions (e.g., withholding taxes, permanent establishments, TP)
  • Governance role with respect to personal income tax topics (e.g., deduction on salaries of employees)
  • Definition of processes and interfaces between departments
  • Coordinate all Indonesia Tax Incentives

Qualifications

  • Completed studies in Accountancy / Fiscal administration
  • At least 1-2 years professional experience in the tax area in Big4 Company or in MNC
  • Additional experience in international taxation is preferred
  • Some experience in dealing with tax authorities
  • Profound knowledge of business processes, accounting, IT (especially SAP, Microsoft Office)
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, additional knowledge of an ASEAN language is a plus
  • Good communication skills, persuading and convincing personality
  • Reliability, sense of responsibility, high commitment/dedication
