Accounting & Tax Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Tax Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and tax compliance, while supporting strategic decision-making through detailed analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and analyze all transaction records.

  • Review and reconcile balance sheets and P&L accounts.

  • Manage month-end and year-end closings.

  • Prepare and analyze financial and management reports.

  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting reports.

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PB1) within deadlines.

  • Handle tax matters including monitoring, audits, reconciliations, and analysis.

  • Act as the key contact for tax officers and external consultants.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Retail.

  • Proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Brevet A & B certification is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
