We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our full range of services, including airline tickets and Hajj/Umrah travel packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels (e.g., networking, cold calling, social media, walk-in customers).
- Present and sell company products and services, including flight tickets and specialized Umrah/Hajj packages, to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Handle customer inquiries, manage complaints, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market potential, track sales, and status reports.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, competitive dynamics, and market trends in the travel and pilgrimage industry.
- Education: Minimum requirement is High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a relevant sales role is a plus, but not strictly required for highly motivated candidates.
Soft Skills:
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
