Role Description:

This position is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta for a Junior Marketing Staff at PT Victory International. The Junior Marketing Staff will be tasked with carrying out market research, executing marketing initiatives, delivering customer service, and assisting sales-related activities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Competence in market research and development of marketing strategies
  • Sales-related skills
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of financial markets is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
