Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Marketing Officer role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Junior Marketing Officer will assist in executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing social media presence, and supporting sales initiatives. Responsibilities include creating engaging social media content, performing competitive analysis, and ensuring effective communication across platforms to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Market Research and the ability to analyze data and trends.
  • Proficiency in Marketing and Social Media Marketing to create and implement promotional strategies.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas effectively.
  • Basic knowledge or experience in Sales to support marketing efforts with a commercial understanding.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team in an on-site setting.
  • Creative mindset and proactive attitude to suggest and implement new ideas.
  • Experience with digital tools and platforms relevant to marketing and social media is a plus.
  • Degree or coursework in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields is preferred.
