Responsibilities

  • Handle calls and emails professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about services.
  • Upsell properties or services within the hotel chain to potential and existing customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major, GPA Min 2.75
  • 2–3 years of experience in Hospitality, Call Center or Sales. Fresh Graduate are Welcome.
  • Candidates must be fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in both spoken and written form.
  • Communicative and customer-oriented.
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Open to candidates with disabilities (must be able to see, speak, and type).
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
  • Willing relocate to TP Bali site.
