Main Responsibilities
  • Answer all inquiries on Airbnb, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook
  • Prepare quotations (devis) for direct bookings
  • Manage booking calendars (Airbnb / direct)
  • Coordinate with the team for check-in / check-out information
  • Publish and update simple social media posts (FB/IG)
  • Maintain fast and professional communication with guests
  • Provide correct information about villas, availability, and services
  • Keep communication logs organized
Skills Required
  • Excellent English (spoken & written)
  • Good communication and customer-service skills
  • Familiar with Airbnb messaging or hospitality industry
  • Able to work independently and respond quickly
  • Basic understanding of Instagram & Facebook posting
  • Organized and reliable
  • Based in Bali (or ready to relocate)
