Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Jakarta. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards in food and beverage services. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, ensuring compliance with operational policies, managing customer interactions, and optimizing restaurant efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure positive guest experiences and handle feedback effectively.
  • Proficiency in Hiring practices, including recruitment and training of skilled staff to maintain operational excellence.
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with team members and guests in a professional and effective manner.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Food & Beverage operations, including knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and industry standards.
  • Proven leadership and organizational abilities to manage a dynamic work environment efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to operational needs.
  • A degree or relevant experience in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is a plus.
