Job Description :
● Determine the scheme to emphasize the features product/service, credit term, as well as the process flow for the product to work properly.
● Achieved qualified product percentage lending national and Supervised SF proposal from all region/area.
● Monitor sales performance in both product and lending in alignment with criteria and analyze issues related to product, credit, and lending.
● Analyze the development and implementation of product strategies in compliance with market needs and the company's business objectives.
● Created strategies to observe product, lending, and credit issues with related parties.
● Lead the development and enhancement of lending products by strategies to meet market demand and customer needs by managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation, to launch, to post-launch performance monitoring.
Qualification:
● Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Financial Banking and Management.
● Having a minimum 5 years in the field of banking and credit, and has a certificate of credit administration.
● Have a strong understanding of credit analysis principles and practices to evaluate borrower creditworthiness.
● Proficiency in implementing and maintaining quality assurance practices to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of lending products.
● Strong interpersonal communication.
● Have a high level of observation, especially with existing problems, and be able to determine solutions quickly by using analytical thinking.
