Job Responsibility

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and HRGA Dept., including agenda management, meeting arrangements, travel planning, and document preparation.
  2. Draft, translate, and proofread Chinese/Indonesian correspondence, reports, and other business documents.
  3. Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring smooth communication between departments and with business partners.
  4. Assist in preparing presentations, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
  5. Maintain sensitive company information and ensure proper filing and record keeping.
  6. Assist the General Manager with daily operations, project coordination, and other tasks as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

  1. Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
  2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with cross-cultural awareness.
