1. Menyusun, mendistribusikan, dan mengarsipkan dokumen perusahaan.- Menyusun, mendistribusikan, dan mengarsipkan dokumen perusahaan.
- Mengatur jadwal rapat, meeting, perjalanan dinas, dan janji temu.
- Mengatur komunikasi dengan klien, vendor, mitra bisnis, atau tamu dari luar.
- Mempersiapkan agenda rapat, undangan, materi, dan daftar hadir.
- Membuat laporan pengeluaran kecil (petty cash).
- Mengurus reimbursement atau dokumen pembayaran vendor terkait administrasi pimpinan.
- Menjaga kerahasiaan data perusahaan dan informasi strategis yang berhubungan dengan pimpinan.
Kualifikasi :
- Lulusan SMK/D3 dari Jurusan Sekretaris
- Pengalaman 3 tahun sebagai Sekretaris atau admin eksekutif
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, sopan, profesional.
- Teliti, rapi, cekatan, mampu bekerja multitasking.
- Mampu menjaga rahasia perusahaan dengan baik.
- Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan dan respon yang cepat
