Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer, located in Denpasar. The Sales Officer will handle tasks such as interacting with customers, generating leads, managing sales operations, and supporting sales through various channels. Responsibilities include conducting client communications, building relationships, and assisting with achieving sales targets and revenue growth.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and identifying sales opportunities
  • Effective Communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams
  • Knowledge of Sales Operations and ability to manage sales processes
  • Familiarity with Channel Sales and working collaboratively across distribution networks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in reservations, travel, hospitality, or customer service
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); French or another language is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with digital tools (email, CRM systems, spreadsheets)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused
  • Passion for diving, adventure travel, or eco-tourism is a big plus
  • Ability to develop and maintain partnerships with travel agents, corporate clients, and expand the company's sales network.
  • Experience working with an international clientele, respecting cultural differences, and adapting communication style accordingly.
