Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and manage
    lead generation and sales campaigns
    across:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • TikTok Ads (bonus)
  • Build full-funnel strategies:
    Prospecting → Retargeting → Conversion
  • Align campaigns with client business goals (leads booked, sales closed, revenue targets)

Lead Quality & Sales Optimization

  • Optimize campaigns for
    lead quality
    , not just volume
  • Optimize form questions, landing pages, and CTAs
  • Track and optimize towards

Must-Have

  • 2+ years hands-on experience in
    performance marketing
  • Proven experience running
