Tugas Utama:

  • Memastikan kualitas, rasa & kebersihan makanan dan minuman.
  • Pengecekan rutin bahan baku, proses masak, dan hasil akhir sebelum disajikan.

  • Memantau kebersihan dapur dan area penyimpanan

  • Membuat laporan hasil pemeriksaan kualitas harian dan mingguan.

  • Menindaklanjuti temuan produk yang tidak sesuai standar dan berkoordinasi dengan tim produksi untuk perbaikan dan peningkatan mutu produk.

  • Memberikan pengarahan kepada tim dapur tentang standar kebersihan dan kualitas makanan.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Quality Control F&B (terutama di Rumah Makan Padang)
  • Pendidikan minimal D3 di bidang Teknologi Pangan, Gizi, Tata Boga, atau jurusan terkait.
  • Teliti, bertanggung jawab, tegas dan memiliki kemampuan leadership yang baik.
  • Memahami dasar-dasar keamanan pangan (HACCP, GMP, atau sejenisnya).
  • Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim ataupun mandiri dan berkomunikasi dengan baik.
  • Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift bila diperlukan.
