Job Responsibilities

Responsible to supervise and coordinate the operation of the water treatment & wastewater treatment plant (WT & WWTP) and plant quality process (boiler water, steam and coal) runs according to the plan, and applicable procedure and standard.

• Implement the WT & WWTP operations and plant quality analysis activities according to plan in order to support operations objective achievement.
• Supervise the operational of WT & WWTP operations, plant quality analysis and chemical utilization activities to ensure the activities are comply with applicable standard, procedure and working instruction.
• Monitor the WT & WWTP operations and plant quality and chemical utilization record to ensure the records are accurate and complete according to the applicable standard.
• Conduct troubleshooting to the arising issue or abnormality of WT & WWTP operations, plant quality analysis and chemical utilization activities and provide the solutions in timely manner to ensure the continuity of plant operations.
• Conduct & monitor isolation procedure of WT & WWTP to ensure the safety of works activity.
• Prepare Faults Report from force stage and prepare also the quality and accuracy of the required information to be reported to Maintenance Department for further corrective actionin WT & WWTP operations.
• Prepare periodical report of WT & WWTP operations, plant quality analysis activities and chemical utilization in timely manner according to the applicable standard.
• Prepare procedure and working instruction of WT & WWTP operations, plant quality analysis and chemical utilization activities to ensure the safety of human, equipment and environmental.
• Supervise the implementation of company regulation, K3LH rules, applicable management system and other guidance document in order to ensure the conduciveness, safety and quality of work environment in chemist section.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree graduate majoring in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 5 (five) years of experience in related position of power plant industry
• Good command in English both verbal and written
• Willing to be based in Tanjung - Tabalong, South Kalimantan - non roster
