Job Descriptions

  • Handling end-to-end content planning for social media, including: scheduling, producing, editing, uploading, and making caption for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Create strategy, concept, and moodboard for the content calendars & campaign.
  • Monitoring social media trends in the industry.
  • Making monthly report for social media's performance.
  • Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, customer interactions).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in the F&B Industry
  • Have the ability to create various kinds of content, including videos and images
  • Good communication skills, and able to work as a team
  • A high interest in and passionate about F&B and lifestyle
  • Proactive approach in handling issues and problems
  • Able to work well under pressure, be organized, flexible and self motivated
  • Attach your portfolio and link to social media account

About the Company

Established in 2021, Tiembi, started from a homebrew coffee until this year we're opening our first Coffee Shop. With the fast growing coffee industry in Indonesia, our mission is to create a full customer experience where they can enjoy great coffee and delicious food with excellent customer service, as well as a homey ambience where they can feel Tiembi as their second home.
