**Social Media Specialist - Shalia The Contour Club**

Shalia The Contour Club is a premium wellness & beauty spa specializing in body treatments, relaxation, and contouring massage, offering an exclusive experience for every customer. We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who is creative, up-to-date, and passionate about digital content to grow brand awareness and engagement across online platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist / Content Creator (preferably in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry).
- Ability to research and keep up with social media trends (Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop storyboards, scripts, captions, and content calendars.
- Strong copywriting skills, tailored for upper-middle class target audiences.
- Proficient in using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
- Able to work with targets and deadlines.
- Manage KOL/Influencer strategies: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and maintaining relationships according to brand campaigns.
- Analyze and report the performance of digital campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Active proficiency in English (spoken and written).

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop social media content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) in line with Shalia The Contour Club’s brand identity.
- Generate creative ideas for daily/weekly content (photos, videos, reels, stories, TikTok).
- Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely posting.
- Write engaging copy aligned with the brand’s tone of voice.
- Analyze content performance (insights, reach, engagement, conversion) and prepare monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing & creative team on promotional campaigns, events, and influencer collaborations.
- Plan and execute KOL/Influencer strategies, including scouting, contacting, negotiating, and maintaining partnerships.
- Monitor the latest social media trends and implement them into content strategies.
- Handle community engagement (DMs, comments) in a friendly and professional manner.
