About the Role
Multimatics is seeking a strong and knowledgeable Pre-Sales Consultant to support our sales and consulting teams in designing IT governance, cybersecurity, and management consulting solutions for clients. This position is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in IT GRC, IT Service Management, Cybersecurity frameworks, and project-based consulting.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to analyze client needs and design suitable consulting solutions.
- Provide technical and conceptual consultation during the sales cycle, including methodology and framework presentations.
- Act as a bridge between clients and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business and technical requirements.
- Prepare consulting proposals, solution outlines, Proof of Concept (PoC) outcomes, and other presales documentation.
- Support administrative and coordination activities across presales and client engagements.
- Stay updated on new governance standards, industry frameworks, and emerging best practices to offer innovative consulting insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Pre-Sales, preferably in IT consulting.
- Candidates with strong IT education and 2+ years of experience may still apply, especially if experienced in IT GRC or relevant frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (IT GRC), IT Service Management (ITSM), cybersecurity frameworks, and/or project management.
- Proven experience in preparing and delivering:
- Consulting proposals
- Framework or methodology presentations
- PoC development
- Responses to client RFPs
- Excellent communication and strong presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to work under deadlines and diverse project demands.
- Professional certifications in relevant frameworks are a strong advantage (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO27001, ISO20000, NIST, etc.).
