We're looking for a
Pre-Sales Consultant
with deep domain expertise in
Card Management Systems
,
Switching Systems
, and
Real-Time Payments
to help shape the future of digital financial infrastructure.
What You'll Do
As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you'll be the technical bridge between our cutting-edge solutions and client needs. You will:
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to understand client requirements and craft tailored payment solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to prospects and partners.
- Provide technical expertise on:
Card Management Systems, Switching Systems, ATM protocols, Reconciliation processes, Payment Networks, Real-Time Payment frameworks - Support RFP/RFI responses and solution architecture design.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes in digital payments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience 7 years in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Sales within payment technology, fintech, or banking solutions.
- Technical Knowledge: Card Management Systems (CMS): Understanding of card issuance, lifecycle management, EMV standards, and tokenization.
- Switching Systems: Experience with ISO 8583, ISO 20022, host-to-host integrations, and transaction switching.
- ATM Technologies: Familiarity with NDC, DDC, MVS protocols, ATM monitoring, and cash management.
- Reconciliation & Settlement: Transaction reconciliation, chargebacks, dispute management, and financial reporting.
- Payment Networks: Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, and local interbank networks.
- Real-Time Payments: Understanding of instant payment frameworks, API-driven payments, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PSD2, Open Banking, Faster Payments, UPI).
- Pre-Sales & Solutioning Skills: Strong understanding of RFPs, RFIs, and technical proposal writing; Hands-on experience in PCI DSS, 3D Secure, tokenization, and fraud prevention.
