Project Manager (Villa Management & Construction)
1. Pendidikan & Pengalaman
  • Minimal S1 di bidang Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur, Manajemen Proyek, atau setara.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di posisi manajerial proyek, diutamakan pada proyek konstruksi villa, hotel, atau resort.
  • Berpengalaman memimpin tim lintas departemen dan mengelola proyek dari perencanaan hingga serah terima.
2. Kemampuan Teknis (Hard Skills)
  • Menguasai manajemen proyek: perencanaan, penjadwalan, budgeting, dan pengendalian kualitas.
  • Mampu membaca, memahami, dan mengawasi gambar kerja, RAB, serta spesifikasi teknis.
  • Memahami proses perizinan konstruksi dan standar bangunan di Indonesia.
  • Menguasai software manajemen proyek (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, atau setara).
  • Berpengalaman mengelola vendor, kontraktor, dan negosiasi kontrak kerja.
3. Kemampuan Interpersonal (Soft Skills)
  • Kepemimpinan yang kuat dengan kemampuan mengarahkan, memotivasi, dan mengawasi tim.
  • Komunikasi efektif dalam bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
  • Kemampuan mengambil keputusan cepat dan tepat di lapangan.
  • Mampu membangun hubungan baik dengan klien, konsultan, dan pihak terkait.
4. Kepribadian & Etika Kerja
  • Integritas tinggi, bertanggung jawab, dan berorientasi pada hasil.
  • Disiplin, mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan, dan fokus pada tenggat waktu.
  • Mampu menjaga nama baik perusahaan dan mematuhi prosedur keselamatan kerja.
5. Nilai Tambah (Preferred)
  • Sertifikasi Project Management Professional (PMP) atau setara.
  • Pengalaman di proyek hospitality atau properti premium.
  • Pemahaman tentang operasional villa/hotel setelah konstruksi selesai.
