We are seeking a Creative Director to lead our creative department. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the overall creative strategy and brand identity for both internal projects and clients. This role requires strong artistic vision, proven leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment between creativity, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction

  • Develop and maintain the overall
    creative strategy and brand identity
    for internal and client projects.
  • Lead brainstorming, concept development, and creative direction from initial idea to final execution.
  • Review, refine, and approve all creative outputs to ensure brand alignment, visual excellence, and consistency across platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the
    COO, Project Managers, and Development Team
    to align creative direction with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and manage the Designers Team
    , including the
    Social Media Specialists
  • Provide
    clear guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback
    to help team members grow professionally and deliver their best work.
  • Set
    creative standards, workflows, and timelines
    to ensure efficient project execution and on-time delivery.
  • Foster a
    collaborative and motivating environment
    that encourages creativity, accountability, and innovation.
  • Conduct regular
    1-on-1 check-ins, daily meetings with the team, and performance reviews
    , ensuring clarity of roles, workloads, and expectations.
  • Identify team skill gaps and support
    training, upskilling, and recruitment
    to strengthen the creative department.
  • Act as a
    bridge between creative, developer, operations, management
    , ensuring smooth communication and alignment across departments.

Project & Client Collaboration

  • Attend all meetings with
    CEO, COO, Designers, Developer
    to present creative concepts and communicate design rationale confidently and professionally.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, balancing creative excellence with efficiency and deadlines.

Innovation & Quality Assurance

  • Stay updated on design trends, creative technologies, and digital innovations to continuously improve output quality.
  • Ensure all creative assets are optimized for relevant platforms and meet brand and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a senior creative or leadership role
    , preferably in a fast-paced agency or multi-project environment.
  • Proven experience in
    leading and managing designers teams
    with diverse skill sets.
  • Strong understanding of
    team motivation, workflow optimization, and creative project management
    .
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, Jira)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
