Our client is an established international FMCG distribution group with operations across more than 30 markets. The company specializes in sourcing and distributing leading global beverage, snack, grocery, and confectionery brands to retailers and distributors worldwide. With regional teams providing on-the-ground market expertise and advanced digital systems for order tracking and logistics management, it ensures a seamless global supply experience. The Finance Manager will play a key role in managing financial operations and overseas cashflows, supporting the company's regional growth and cross-border transactions.

Job Summary:

The
Finance Manager
will oversee financial operations, cash management, and reporting for the company's regional and overseas entities. This role requires a hands-on finance professional capable of working independently while collaborating closely with headquarters and international partners. The position will be based in Bali, Indonesia, with regular coordination across regional offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and forecast company-wide cashflows across multiple entities and currencies.
  • Monitor overseas fund transfers, payments, and intercompany transactions.
  • Ensure proper allocation and control of expenses in line with project and departmental budgets.
  • Supervise invoicing, payment schedules, and supplier management.
  • Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and cashflow projections.
  • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and banks for compliance and reporting.
  • Support senior management in strategic financial planning and investment analysis.
  • Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting and tax regulations in each country of operation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in finance or accounting, including experience managing overseas cashflows or multinational operations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and international financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage cashflow, payments, and multi-currency operations.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience in construction, property, or project-based business is an advantage.
  • Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
