We are looking for Customer Service for a new residence in Bali.

Responsibilities

  1. Responding to tenant inquiries through various communication channels (WhatsApp, Telephone, Email, and Website) and providing detailed information on the property and services. You will also forward potential tenant leads to the Sales Department for follow-up.

  2. Conducting property showings and facility tours for prospective tenants, explaining key features, benefits, and the terms of the lease to ensure a clear understanding of the contract and expectations.

  3. Managing monthly rental payments and utility charges, while coordinating with the Finance Department to ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and records.

  4. Overseeing the tenant signings, managing lease contracts, and recording all relevant rental information in the VHP system, including tracking check-in and check-out dates for proper rental administration.

  5. Coordinating with GOO (Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security) during tenant check-in and check-out processes, ensuring apartments are in proper condition for new tenants, and maintaining positive relationships with existing tenants throughout their stay.

Requirements

  1. Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle inquiries through multiple channels (WhatsApp, telephone, email, and website).

  3. Skilled in conducting apartment showings, facility tours, and explaining property details clearly to prospective tenants.

  4. Experienced in managing administrative tasks including rent and utility payments, coordinating with the Finance Department, and maintaining lease documentation.

  5. Familiar with tenant handling procedures, including lease contract management, check-in/check-out processes, and data entry in the VHP system.

  6. Annual leave, Replace Day Payment (for working on a holiday), and Extra Off for long shifts

  7. 1 meal per shift
