We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client, internal, and corporate projects. The role involves coordinating teams, monitoring budgets and timelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables while maintaining clear communication with management and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Project Management

  • Define clear project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, to delivery and closure.
  • Continuously monitor progress, budgets, and risks, ensuring timely corrective actions and maintaining accountability across teams.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed progress updates, dashboards, and performance reports to management and clients.
  • Maintain a structured, well-organized system for task tracking and prioritization, ensuring all deliverables are updated, traceable, and completed according to plan.

b. Client Projects

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable and measurable project plans.
  • Ensure consistent communication, transparency, and client satisfaction through on-time, high-quality project outcomes.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively propose solutions or improvements when potential issues are identified.

c. Corporate Projects

  • Manage internal and corporate development projects supporting B One Consulting's operational and strategic goals.
  • Coordinate initiatives that enhance company processes, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with department leads to align project outcomes with organizational priorities and business direction.

d. Internal Projects

  • Oversee internal initiatives including new tool implementations, workflow optimization, automation, and innovation projects.
  • Ensure internal projects contribute to the company's long-term vision and sustainable growth.
  • Document processes and share learnings for continuous improvement.

e. Team Coordination & Management

  • Lead, coordinate, and motivate cross-functional teams including design, development, marketing, and consulting departments.
  • Conduct daily and weekly check-ins to track progress, remove blockers, and ensure task clarity.
  • Maintain excellent organization of all task assignments and status updates, ensuring each team member understands their priorities and deadlines.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, proactive communication, and solution-driven thinking.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.

f. Collaboration with Management

  • Partner closely with senior management to align resources, set priorities, and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on improving workflows, operational efficiency, and project outcomes.
  • Support the management team in decision-making by providing data-driven project insights.

g. Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • On-time and successful delivery of all assigned projects.
  • Compliance with approved budgets and resource planning.
  • High levels of client satisfaction and positive feedback.
  • Consistent quality, organization, and documentation of deliverables.
  • Measurable contributions to operational efficiency, team productivity, and company growth.
  • Demonstrated initiative in identifying and resolving issues before escalation.
