Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bekasi for a Senior Relationship Banker. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, managing financial services, and advising clients on products like loans and banking solutions to meet their financial needs. The Senior Relationship Banker will actively seek opportunities to expand the client portfolio while delivering excellent customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Relationship Building and Customer Service, with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively
  • Knowledge of Financial Services and Finance principles, including banking products and operations atleast 2 years experiences in same field
  • Experience and skills in managing funding and offering tailored financial solutions such as
    Fee Based Income-Wealth Management
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in understanding and analyzing financial data
  • Ability to work on-site in Bekasi and manage a diverse client portfolio
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other relevant fields
  • Previous experience in financial services or banking is preferred
