About the role

Damai Putra Group is seeking a talented and experienced GM of Business Development to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our market presence in the Bekasi region and beyond.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify and secure new customers, partners, and revenue streams
  2. Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify emerging opportunities
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry influencers, and strategic partners
  4. Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate the delivery of innovative, tailored solutions that meet customer needs
  5. Oversee the development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives to effectively promote the company's products and services
  6. Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to the senior leadership team
  7. Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company by providing valuable insights and recommendations

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a similar GM of Business Development or senior sales leadership role
  2. Extensive experience in new business development, account management, and driving revenue growth
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  5. Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating high-performing teams
  6. Thorough understanding of the New Business Development industry and its best practices
  7. Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
