Responsibilities:

  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Director and/or other assigned leadership staff.

  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents for senior staff.

  • Help in the execution of marketing campaigns by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and coordinating tasks between team members.

  • Schedules and attends meetings on Director approval, taking notes and recording minutes.

  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.

  • Act as a point of contact between the marketing team and other departments, clients, and external partners.

  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from any majors

  • Well grooming

  • Proactive & multitasking

  • Strong communication skill and detail oriented

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles is a plus
