Accounts & Financial Accounting: End-to-end finance accounting activities, ensuring strong financial governance, and contributing to continuous process improvements.

Management Accounting & Compliance: This role plays a key part in month-end reporting, statutory accounting, and tax compliance, while partnering closely with the Regional FM and FD.

The company is a well-established engineering service company. It operates on a significant scale and provides an excellent platform for professional growth. They are now looking for a senior accountant / accounting manager to be based in Bandung.

Description

  • Support third party in managing AP and AR, including invoicing, reconciliations, and follow up
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
  • Maintain accuracy of general ledger, balance sheet, and P&L accounts
  • Prepare and post journals, accruals, and adjustments
  • Support treasury activities and banking relations
  • Assist with management reporting, variance analysis, and leadership reports
  • Support statutory and tax compliance, including coordination with external auditors and tax advisors
  • Support ad hoc finance projects

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles at mnc
  • Fluent in Bahasa and English, verbal and written
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, month-end close, and reconciliation processes
  • Experience handling AP/AR and statutory compliance
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
  • Ability to work with regional stakeholders and overseas reporting lines
  • Based in Bandung
