The Accountant is responsible for supporting month-end reporting, statutory accounting, and taxation compliance, while providing professional assistance to the Finance Manager and Chief Financial Officer. A core focus of this role is the delivery of accurate and timely financial and management reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, the role is responsible for processing accounts payable and receivable transactions in line with established procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records.

In addition, this role will engage with stakeholders across the business, facilitating change, achieving, and delivering outcomes, and assisting with implementing business improvements

Accounts – Responsible for the accounts payable and receivable function.

  1. Financial Accounting – Maintaining accuracy of balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and general ledgers accounts.

  2. Management Accounting – Assisting with month end close processes including account analysis and leadership reporting packages.

  3. Financial Governance – Assisting with financial control, process improvement, and discipline across the business.
