Job Description

As a
Senior Sales Engineer
, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies for valve automation, instrumentation, metering systems, and engineered solutions.
  • Managing existing accounts while expanding the customer base across the Oil & Gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.
  • Preparing and delivering technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Conducting field visits to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer requirements.
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth across Indonesia.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in
    Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering
    .
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
    as a Sales Engineer in
    valve automation, instrumentation, skid metering systems, or EPC
    environments.
  • Established customer network within the
    Oil & Gas industry
    is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia.
  • Proficient in
    English
    , both written and spoken.
  • Must possess a valid
    Driving License (A)
    and own a personal vehicle.
  • Preferably domiciled in
    Tangerang or Jakarta
    .
