About the Role

The Senior Enrollment Executive will be responsible for managing and executing the organization's enrollment process — from inquiry handling to final registration. This role involves proactive communication with applicants, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the enrollment journey. The candidate will also support marketing and outreach efforts to achieve enrollment targets.

Must Be

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Willing to travel to Malaysia for an initial one-month assignment

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound calls to applicants to guide them through the enrollment process.
  • Follow up with prospective students to complete registration and required documentation.
  • Advise and assist applicants to make academic fee payments before class commencement.
  • Support in executing enrollment strategies to meet intake targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end enrollment cycle and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams to improve lead conversion.
  • Maintain compliance with institutional policies and deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on applicant progress and conversion status.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in enrollment, admissions, or student recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Service-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a target-driven environment.
