About the role

We are seeking an experienced Training Officer to join our team at Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang, a leading provider of professional training and development solutions. In this full-time role based in Jakarta, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programmes, with a focus on business mathematics. Your expertise will play a vital role in equipping our clients' employees with the essential skills they need to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Designing and delivering engaging, interactive training sessions on business mathematics and related topics
  2. Assessing the training needs of clients and customising programmes to meet their specific requirements
  3. Developing and maintaining training materials, including presentations, workbooks, and assessments
  4. Providing feedback and post-training support to ensure the effective application of learning
  5. Collaborating with the training team to continually improve the quality and relevance of our programmes
  6. Monitoring and reporting on training effectiveness and participant satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor Degree, preferably within the field of business mathematics or a related discipline
  2. Strong knowledge of business mathematics concepts and the ability to present complex topics in a clear and engaging manner
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively facilitate group discussions
  4. Proficiency in developing and utilising a variety of training methodologies, including classroom-based, online, and blended learning approaches
  5. Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programmes that achieve measurable learning outcomes
  6. Flexibility and adaptability to tailor training content and delivery to meet the diverse needs of our clients
