  • Required Skill(s): Basic dealer operation management, Advance communication skill, High Leadership skill.

Job Description:

  • Leading in carrying out Technical Support work activities in the Quality Control Department
  • Carry out the handover of new installations to service operations according to the schedule given by the new installations every month
  • Monitor the implementation of handover for branch areas
  • Create a handover report that has been completed and the results recap at the end of the month
  • Create handover meeting invitations via email to new installs and draft issues to be discussed
  • Monitor defect resolution for each project handover
  • Monitoring the implementation of Free Maintenance (FM) for 1 month
  • Perform handling on problematic units / callbacks
  • To check the unit that often has problems / callbacks
  • To check the unit to be included in maintenance
  • Perform repair work and replace spare parts when necessary
  • Provide analysis for callback routines
  • Provide training to other technicians when needed
