Our client operates in the poultry downstream industry: processing and distributing poultry, especially chicken. It's a B2B-focused company, servicing food service businesses, SMEs, e-grocery startups, HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering), and even processed meat factories.

Our client is a supply-chain enabler for mid-downstream industries, starting with poultry. We combine sourcing, processing, marination, warehousing, and last-mile cold-chain logistics with data-driven pricing and forecasting.
The analytics team supports the backbone of our operations — from daily revenue visibility to predictive planning and margin optimization.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can transform the operational data into actionable insights. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO. This role drives pricing decisions, revenue visibility, margin improvement, customer insights, demand forecasting, and operational efficiency. You will support leadership directly and collaborate with sales, pricing, forecasting, warehouses, and the AI/tech team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Revenue, Margin & Pricing Analytics

* Build and maintain daily/weekly/monthly revenue dashboards, including SKU-level sales, margins, retention, and profitability.

* Track PC1/PC2/PC3 margins, pricing accuracy, and the impact of price changes across segments.

* Analyze SKU-level performance to identify high-margin vs low-margin products.

* Support the pricing team with data needed for daily price adjustments.

  1. Customer, Cohort & Retention Insights

* Analyze customer buying behavior, order patterns, churn risks, and cohort performance.

* Build retention dashboards (repeat rate, at-risk customers, reactivation opportunities).

* Provide insights for upselling, cross-selling, and targeted customer segmentation.

  1. Forecasting, Demand & Inventory Analysis

* Support forecasting, seasonality breakdowns, and cluster-based projections.

* Monitor inventory rotation (DIO), slow-moving SKUs, overstock/stock-out risks.

* Analyze order cut-off patterns by channel and customer group.

  1. Operational Efficiency & Supply Chain Reporting

* Build dashboards for operations, warehouse performance, processing output, and delivery fulfillment.

* Track CCC (Cash Conversion Cycle), waste/returns, SLA performance, and delivery times.

* Identify operational bottlenecks using data.

  1. Data Preparation for AI & Automation

* Prepare structured datasets for Our client's  L1/L2/L3 AI layers (pricing, forecasting, production).

* Conduct data cleaning, validation, and feature engineering.

* Support experiments and model evaluations.

  1. Cross-Functional Support

* Work with:

* Sales on customer-level insights & revenue performance

* Pricing on optimization and competitor benchmarking

* Operations on efficiency KPIs

* Finance on reconciliation, revenue checks, and payment accuracy

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of data analytics, BI, or analyst experience.
  • Strong SQL skills; Python is a big plus.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel + BI tools (Looker Studio, Meta bases, etc.)
  • Experience with data visualization and building dashboards.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret messy operational data.
  • Familiarity with supply chain, FMCG, logistics, or marketplaces is a bonus.
  • Fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across multiple teams.
