Junior Data Analyst

About the Role

A Junior Data Analyst will manage and maintain data related to outsourcing employees, contract workers, partners, and internship participants to ensure accuracy and proper structure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain data related to outsourcing employees, contract workers, partners, and internship participants to ensure accuracy and proper structure.
  • Provide data, information, and basic analysis as supporting material for managerial decision-making processes.
  • Handle helpdesk functions related to the operation of the company's Human Resource Information System (HRIS) applications.
  • Perform regular data recap, verification, and reconciliation to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.
  • Support the preparation of reports and periodic data dashboards for relevant units.
  • Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and security of data in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field (preferably in Information Systems, Statistics, Management, or other related disciplines).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data management or data analysis, preferably within HR or operational administration environments.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheet, including formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Table, and basic statistical functions (SUM, AVERAGE, MIN, MAX).
  • Able to create simple data visualizations for reporting purposes.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, high attention to detail, and accuracy in data handling.
  • Experience using SQL or Power BI / Google Data Studio is considered an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta.
