Celerates is an IT consultant company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and services to our clients. We pride ourselves on innovation and teamwork, and we're looking for a talented Junior IT Business Analyst to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and user observation.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Support the creation of process flow diagrams, user stories, and wireframes.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
  • Conduct basic data analysis to support decision-making and identify process improvements.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in creating test cases or test scripts.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology solutions.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role (fresh graduates welcome to apply).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and agile methodologies.
  • Having knowledge related to
    SAP configuration
    is a plus point.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with tools such as
    JIRA
    ,
    Confluence
    ,

    , or
    Figma
    is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills (in English and Bahasa Indonesia).
  • Eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
