Role Description

We are seeking a Junior Developer for a full-time, on-site role based in Gambir. The Junior Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications. Key duties will include troubleshooting and debugging code, collaborating with team members to develop scalable solutions, and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. The Junior Developer will also support system integration, document technical specifications, and stay updated with emerging technologies to improve the development process.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar technologies.
  • Proficiency in front-end and back-end development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and database management systems.
  • Basic understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
