Role Description
This is a full-time Junior Business Development Staff position based on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Junior Business Development Staff will focus on lead generation, conducting market research, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the development and execution of business strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and interpret data
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
- Experience or skills in lead generation and market research
- Customer service skills to provide excellent client support
- Self-motivated, proactive attitude with a focus on achieving targets
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
