based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The individual in this role will be responsible for generating leads, conducting comprehensive market research, and delivering high-quality customer service. Additionally, the position requires analyzing market dynamics, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining effective communication with both clients and internal teams.
Role Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in lead generation and market research
- Skilled in providing outstanding customer service
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting
- Familiarity with financial markets or trading is an advantage
- Sales-oriented mindset and negotiation skills

- 0–3 years of experience in business development (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Residing within the Jabodetabek area and able to commute to Kuningan, Jakarta, Indonesia
