Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Account Executive at PT. Honicel Indonesia, located in Sidoarjo, Indonesia. The Senior Sales Account Executive will be responsible for lead generation, managing key accounts, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include prospecting new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Lead Generation and Account Management skills
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Proven sales track record and ability to meet targets
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry is a plus
