  • Lead end-to-end business development for TikTok Go voucher campaigns (Dining, Accommodation, Activities).
  • Identify, pitch, and onboard key merchants and partners.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and co-marketing deals.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve GMV/redemption targets.
  • Collaborate with TikTok Go team and internal Creator Ops for campaign alignment.
  • Monitor market trends, map seasonal opportunities, and optimize category strategies.
  • Report performance, pipeline, and insights to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in partnership, business development, or e-commerce.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
