RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR

Job Descriptions :

  • Conduct research to develop new products, manufacturing procedures, and specifications for new products.
  • Verified formulation before mass production and conducted validation for compounding new products.
  • Prepare R&D samples, ingredient lists, and Certificate of Analysis to go with the samples for customers.
  • Conduct continuous improvement of existing products.
  • Looking for new raw materials and suppliers for the development of new products.
  • Monitor the stability of new products.
  • Prepare documents related to new product registration

With qualifications :

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
  • Interest in cosmetics or personal care development.
  • Has professional experience in the same position minimum 4 years (s)of work in cosmetics manufacturing.
  • Preferably having experience as a Supervisor in manufacturing/ production operations or equivalent.
  • Communicate excellent, good interpersonal.
  • Positive attitude, good teamwork, and service-oriented.
  • Willing to work at Cikupa – Tangerang.
